SEITER HALL RENOVATION

1/6
NORTH IDAHO COLLEGE
COEUR D'ALENE, ID

The former 30,000 SF Science building at North Idaho College, was remodeled to include updated classrooms, science labs, offices, upgrades of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, accessibility improvements and a total energy retrofit.  At the request of the client, similar design elements from the Meyer Health Science Building, also designed by H2A, were incorporated, including new metal wall panels and aluminum storefront, interior hardboard wainscot and natural maple wood trim and doors.  This remodel provides a similar campus design vernacular for Seiter Hall, adding a new presence on campus for both students and faculty.
