Replacing an existing facility at Kootenai Medical Center, this new pain management clinic & surgery center for Dr. Scott Magnuson is sited in the Riverstone Development area of Coeur d'Alene.  The 6,600 SF building includes 2 procedure rooms, a recovery suite, 7 exam rooms, 5 offices and medical support spaces.  The design combines the northwest vernacular of stone veneer and timber braces with a more modern industrial feel using cement board siding and louvered steel awnings.
