NORTH 40 OUTFITTERS EXPANSION

North 40 Outfitters, formerly Big R Stores,expanded its existing store by 50,000 SF as part of a major re-branding and market expansion effort.  Working in a design-build effort with Young Construction Group, a clear span pre-engineered building structure was chosen as the most cost effective solution.  Utilizing a combination of metal siding, CMU, and architectural detailing, the design solution achieved the goal of a new identity while appearing nothing like a typical pre-engineered metal building.  The existing building has been re-faced and detailed to compliment the addition.
