This 5800 sq. ft. dental office is located in the Merrit Brothers Subdivision of Hayden, Idaho.  The client wanted to expand from their previous location in Coeur d’Alene.  The design incorporates two hygiene rooms, three operatories, a private operatory, office, reception/waiting area and support areas.  The building allows for future growth with areas for new operatories and offices, as well. Low maintenance exterior finishes, such as  stucco and brick were selected at the client’s request.
