This physician owned and operated medical facility needed an extensive expansion and remodel to facilitate growing needs in certain practices. The entire basement was emptied and remodeled into a full Endoscopy Center with two operating rooms, pre and post-op areas, exam rooms, and a new lobby with an inviting drop-off/pick-up canopy. Two new full-sized operating rooms were added to the main floor of the hospital to grow their invasive surgery capacity. The main floor pre and post-op bed areas were also remodeled to better serve their needs. All the exterior modifications match the existing building design and color for a seamless integration.
