Coeur d’Alene Spine is a 7,200 SF tenant improvement for a neurosurgeon constructed in Building A.  The facility includes multiple exam rooms, medical support spaces and an MRI suite to be shared with the neighboring orthopedic office.  Other design features include a vaulted lobby/waiting area with fireplace.
