This residence is a 3 level, 7910 SF craftsman style structure overlooking  Lake Coeur d’Alene.  Spaces on the main level include a large master suite with oversized shower overlooking the lake, a great room, open kitchen and open formal dining, a separate breakfast area, large mud/laundry/utility room and a handicap accessible father-in-law suite with its own living area and small kitchen.  Lower level spaces include a crafts room, wine vault, game/card room, multiple bedrooms and extensive storage.  The upper level contains a large office suite with a separate exterior entrance and deck overlooking the lake.  All levels are served by a residential elevator.  Large decks, both covered and uncovered, were part of the design vernacular and were used as focal points.
