Here is a simple shop with an attached living unit with a modern twist. The shop is a vast 50' x 60' area with plenty of room for an RV, a couple vehicles and any other hobbies and has it's own full bath. Attached is a  1 bed / 1 bath "apartment" for guests or an additional family member with a large open central layout. The design is simple yet striking with the mix of wood and vertical and horizontal metal side. The black windows and doors further add to the unique appeal of this often rather uninspired setup. Glass garage doors and extra windows make the garage and living unit inviting and bright. This is a perfect example of simple doesn't have to be boring and exciting doesn't have to be expensive.
