This was a speculative single level residential project located in the Forest Hills Subdivision consisting of 2 bedrooms, large master suite, den/office, great room open to the kitchen and breakfast areas and a formal dining area. Exterior and interior design scheme focused on the craftsman style. A popular plan that has been emulated in other residential projects by H2A.
