This project encompasses a 36 unit condominium development at the Stoneridge Golf Community in Blanchard, Idaho.  The design consists of 6-plex buildings containing combinations of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. Attached garages with individual private entries, sloped ceilings, large master bathrooms and private decks are included in the design. The complex is to be situated along the current 13th, 14th and 15th holes.  The exterior materials were chosen to compliment the surrounding buildings with a northwest aesthetic.
