North Idaho Endoscopy involved the complete remodel of 3300 s.f. of main floor building space into a new ambulatory surgery center.  Complex building and fire code issues were satisfied as well as medical gas system and equipment requirements.  The construction was accomplished while the upper floor medical suite remained in use.
