This project consists of a 1400 s.f. addition to, and remodel of, an existing 1950's medical office located in a historic Spokane neighborhood.  The addition is designed utilizing a craftsman style to compliment adjacent residences.  Additional work on the project included re-zoning of the property and compliance with neighborhood design standards.
