Construction is complete for the new home of Lone Wolf Harley Davidson. The existing 70,000 SF building was a former paint manufacturing facility. Numerous new openings and support steel were added to the existing concrete sandwich panels as well as a new office mezzanine structure. The freeway facing facade was updated to provide a more modern, eye catching focal point. New structural steel awnings further enhance the aesthetic by providing covered areas for events and parties as well as motorcycle display.
AVONDALE CLUBHOUSE FEASIBILITY STUDY

Currently H2A Architects is involved in a feasibility study for the Avondale Golf Course Clubhouse. Multiple user groups have been interviewed, member questionnaires developed and existing facilities documented. The questionnaire responses have been summarized and charted for use by the board. Remodeling options and new building options are being developed based upon user input. Multiple site scenarios will be investigated including placing a new clubhouse on the Club owner private lake.
LEE/KILDOW HALL RE-ROOF
North Idaho College, Coeur d'Alene, ID
Currently bidding, Lee/Kildow Hall Re-roof at North Idaho College, consists of a new low-slope metal roof over existing SBS roof. Construction is anticipated to be complete this Fall.
