Design Development

Based on the approved Schematic Design drawings, H2A Architects, PA will further expand and refine the design to fix and describe the size and character of the entire project, including architectural, landscape, civil, and fire protection systems, and such other elements as may be appropriate. The structural, mechanical and electrical systems are determined and incorporated into the design. Consideration will be given to availability of materials, equipment and labor, construction sequencing and scheduling, economic analysis of construction and operations, user safety and maintenance requirements, and energy conservation.
