SEITER HALL RENOVATION

North Idaho College, Coeur d'Alene, ID

Construction is underway for the Seiter Hall Renovation at North Idaho College.  Working with Ginno Construction in a design-build format, the entire 30,000 S.F. facility is being modernized with re-configured classroom and faculty office space.  New mechanical and electrical systems along with energy efficiency upgrades are also part of the work scope.  Construction is estimated to be complete in August 2010.

TWIN LAKES RESIDENCE

Twin Lakes, ID

Construction documents are nearly complete for a single family residence on  Twin Lake.  The 2,000 s.f. design includes an open main floor plan incorporating the great room, dining and kitchen areas, with views out onto the lake.

WELLS FARGO REMODEL, EVERGREEN & SPRAGUE BRANCH

Spokane Valley, WA

Construction has just begun for the Wells Fargo Bank Evergreen & Sprague branch.  The remodel includes a new 220 s.f. expansion to accommodate a new private office and three new banker workstations.  The remodel will also include updated finishes and a new new teller line.
