Construction Documents

The scope of this phase involves the development of complete Drawings, Specifications and other documents setting forth in detail bidding, specifics of construction, and contract requirements for the construction of the Project.  Coordination with other disciplines, involved in the project, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineers, and landscape architect, is also done during this phase. Taken together, the “Contract Documents” will establish material quality levels and specify installation specifics.
