This 8,000 SF, two level main branch for Idaho Independent Bank is located on a prominent site in Coeur d’Alene. The 4,000 SF main floor houses the teller line, vault, platform area and office space. The board room, employee lounge, archive vault and future data processing area are located in the lower level. Exterior finishes of brick veneer, stucco, and classical columns give the traditional look that the client desired. Special considerations included a safe deposit/cash vault, telephone, computer data and alarm system coordination. The project was complicated by a sloping irregularly shaped site on which landscaping, drainage, parking and drive-thru requirements were fulfilled.
