City of Coeur d'Alene Police Facility

Totaling in excess of 20,000 square feet, this project houses all police functions in one facility.  Situated on a site of approximately three acres, the project includes public parking, a separate property storage facility and secure staff parking.  Major building materials include brick, EIFS, steel stud framing and metal roof.  An emergency electrical system allows continued operation of vital departments during power outages or emergencies.  Designed to meet department needs for the next fifteen years, the single-story facility wraps around a secure light well that provides natural light to interior office spaces.
